TAYLOR MILL, Ky. -- Traffic will be running a little smoother in Taylor Mill thanks to a generous donation.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced Monday that the city will receive $150,000 in Municipal Aid Emergency Funds.
The money will go towards bridge repairs on Grand Avenue.
"It's important that we help cities and counties fund emergency repairs to local roadways, because those routes are vital links in the state's Transportation network," Transportation Acting Secretary Mike Hancock said. "Solid transportation infrastructure is vital in Taylor Mill and across the commonwealth."
