Ochocinco was on the show to promote his new book.
He says the book covers everything from his relationship with teammates and coaches to his family life.
Ochocinco spoke of being wiser and more mature as he has aged.
Fallon also reviewed some of his favorite Ochocinco touchdown dances, one of them being the river dance.
