Total Cost $9.19Bone and skin the chicken breast, reserve the bones for soup if you wish. Slice chicken into 1” cubes. Coat with 1 egg and enough flour to lightly coat. Lightly fry in and oiled skillet or wok until cooked through and lightly browned.
Heat a skillet or wok until hot. Add one tablespoon oil and add carrots, and sugar snaps. Stir for 20 seconds and add chicken pieces and General Wong’s Sauce. Stir until hot and all the food is evenly coated.
Cook Lo Mein noodles according to directions. When noodles are fully cooked begin heating a skillet or wok. When the skillet or wok is hot, add one tablespoon oil. Cook garlic and green onions for 20 seconds, add noodles and pour Perfect Rice Seasoning over rice and stir to evenly coat. Remove and serve when hot and evenly coated.
