One person is dead after a single-engine plane crashed in Adams County Wednesday night.
It happened around 8:30 p.m. near the Alexander Salamon Airport, north of West Union between Cross Road and State Route 247.
9News was told the pilot was the only person on board the experimental, amateur plane.
A coroner was called to the scene.
