MONROE, Ohio -- Police in Monroe are searching for a man who allegedly raped a woman in a parking lot last week.
The woman told police she pulled into the Parkside Inn to talk on her cell phone when a man opened her door, dragged her from the vehicle, assaulted, and raped her on October 29.
