Police Make Arrest In Walnut Hills Double Homicide

Cincinnati police have made an arrest in connection with a double homicide in Walnut Hills.

Police say Christopher Shaun Alexander turned himself in to detectives and was picked up in the Carthage area Monday morning.

Investigators say Alexander, 29, shot Kenneth Gaines, 48, and Mark Davenport, 51, at a residence in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue on July 3. Both victims were transported to the hospital where they were pronounced dead.

A third shooting victim, a juvenile, was treated for non life-threatening injuries.
