CAMPBELL COUNTY, Ky. -- Campbell County Police Department and the Campbell County Office of Emergency Management are searching for a man that walked away from a Halloween party on Friday, October 30.
Isaac Ripberger of Covington was last seen leaving a party on Reis Lane in California, Ky. Family and friends report that he was possibly under the influence and injured.
Several searches have already been conducted with no results.
Foul play is not being considered a factor, although police are concerned because of the mental state of the man at the time he went missing.
He is described as a bald 28-year-old white male. He is 5'7" and 190 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black 50's style Halloween costume suit.
