CINCINNATI -- A Woodlawn woman is facing a series of charges after Cincinnati Police say her blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit.
Anna McBride, 26, was arrested early Saturday morning after she allegedly blew a .357. The legal limit in Ohio is .08.
Cincinnati police say McBride was combative in the district four testing room. Officers say they tried to let her call for a ride to pick her up numerous times, but she refused. She was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center after police determined her high level of intoxication wouldn't allow her to be set free on her own.
Police list McBride's employer as the Princeton School District on her arrest report. According to Princeton Schools board meeting minutes, McBride was hired in August to be a speech and language pathologist at the high school.
According to the Colorado State University Department of Alcohol and Drug Prevention and Education, a B.A.C. of .35% can cause severe depression, unconsciousness, and even death.
McBride is charged with OVI, weaving, and OVI breath .169 or higher.
