Your ride home from work could take a little longer Tuesday night as rain continues to fall in the Tri-State.
Wet surfaces and cold temperatures can cause dangerous driving conditions.
Many Tri-State roads have become slippery meaning drivers need to take their time to avoid accidents.
According to Channel 9 Chief Meteorologist Steve Raleigh, it will be a wet, cold and very windy period ahead for the Tri-State Tuesday night and Wednesday. Parts of the Tri-State could see a few snow showers by Wednesday afternoon.
There's also a high wind warning issued for most of the Tri-State.
Here's a list of accidents in the Tri-State to be aware of:
8:28 p.m.- Accident eastbound I-275 at Montgomery Road. Both shoulders blocked, but all travel lanes open.
7:06 p.m.- Accident westbound SR 126 cross-county highway west of Plainfield Road exit in Blue Ash area.
6:45 p.m.- Accident southbound I-71 south of Pfiefer Road exit, right shoulder blocked.
- Keep an eye out for possible road construction activity and delays -- visibility may be poor due to rain, fogged windshields and night time conditions.
6:29 p.m.- Accident northbound I-71 at Norwood Lateral. Right lane blocked. Earlier report said center lane was blocked.
