Runners in this year's Thanksgiving Day Race.
CINCINNATI -- The 100th anniversary of the Thanksgiving Day 10K Race was Thursday at 9 a.m.

Chris Reis won the male competition and Leslie Kraus won the female competition.

"I think every year is pretty cool," Reis said. "First race I ran was 93 and it's always been special to look in the paper and see the top guys so it means a lot."

Runners burned off some of those pre-Thanksgiving meal calories, which started at Paul Brown Stadium.

More than 17000 runners and walkers came out to the race.
