MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) -- It's a good excuse to play video games -- for the sake of scientific research. Now, two Kansas State University psychology professors are studying how students play Rock Band.
Clive Fullagar and Patrick Knight are researching what's known as flow. That's when people get so into what they're doing they lose all sense of time. The profs monitor students as they play guitar in Rock Band for an hour.
