More than three weeks after the wind storm, the roof at Belmont House Apartments in College Hill is not fixed.
Angela Scriber lives at the complex with her 14-month-old son.
Scriber says she's sick of management ignoring what needs to be done.
"They're not keeping up to date on their apartment. It's trash everywhere. Molded, animals around here, just ripping and running. And it seem they abandon the apartment building," Scriber said.
The ceiling in Tim Wade's Belmont apartment is wet.
"It did leak. I had to put buckets down and vacuum the carpet real good. All kinds of people was moved out. A lot of people just left all their stuff because of the bed bugs and just moved out," Wade said.
Wade is hoping repairs will come soon.
"I just hope they go ahead and get it done before Tuesday when we're supposed to get rain again," Wade said.
"I think this building needs to be, um, destroyed," Scriber said.
The building is owned and managed by Mutual Realtors.
9News called Mutual Realtors, but Belmont's property manager wouldn't speak with 9News and told his secretary he had no comment.
