Residents opposed to a proposed Wal-Mart attended the Harrison city council meeting Tuesday night.
Wal-Mart owns property near the Home Depot in Harrison.
The zoning board changed the zoning of the land in preparation for the Wal-Mart, but it must still go before the city council.
In the meantime, council set up a public hearing on the matter to be held before the next council meeting.
