A retired Columbus police officer spent the night in jail for driving drunk in Switzerland County, Indiana.
A YouTube video captured by 9News breaker John Cain shows Vernon Sheneves swerving on the roadway.
The Switzerland County sheriff says they pulled Sheneves over near the Markland dam.
He is charged with driving drunk.
Sheneves could lose his license for up to a year.
