SARDINIA, Ohio -- Brown County Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger reports that 25-year-old Travis Davidson of Sardinia, Ohio is being held on $10,000 bond after a methamphetamine lab was discovered at his residence.
While on patrol Nov. 27, deputies noticed a strong smell of chemicals coming from a house in the 9000 block of Katterman Road. After obtaining a search warrant, the investigation let to the discovery of a meth lab in the house's garage.
According to a release from police, Davidson told deputies that he was "cooking" meth.
Davidson has been charged with Manufacturing Drugs and Illegal Assembly of Chemicals to Manufacture Drugs. Both charges are enhance due to a child being on the premises.
Davidson is being held at the Brown County Adult Detention Center.
The investigation is continuing at this time.
