Last Update: 11/16/2009 9:00 pm
WARREN CO., Ohio -- Carlisle Police have seized an office computer belonging to Warren County's Mayor, Tim Humphries.

Earlier this month, officers issued a search warrant for the computer after police believed "inappropriate material" was on the computer's hard drive.

The investigation was sparked after a phone call to police back in Oct. of 2009.

The computer was sent to the FBI forensic team for analysis.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office and the Warren County Prosecutor's Office is also assisting Carlisle with the investigation.

No charges have been filed.

Humphries' term as mayor ends in 2011. He was previously a member of Carlisle City Council and is also running for Warren County Commissioner.
