The white brick movie house that entertained thousands over the years in Bond Hill is now a pile of rubble.
It was becoming an attractive nuisance, as vandals found their way inside.
The owners were also concerned about the costs of winterizing the building. They decided to destroy it instead.
The 30-acre property is currently without a buyer.
