Springdale Celebrates 50 Years

SPRINGDALE, Ohio -- The City of Springdale is celebrating their 50th anniversary.

The celebration was kicked off on Sunday afternoon with an open house event at the Springdale Municipal Building. It took place between the hours of 2 and 4 p.m.

A time capsule with city memorabilia was closed and placed inside the wall of the building at 3 p.m. Items that went in the capsule were on display prior to the closure.

The Springdale Municipal Building is located at 11700 Springfield Pike in Springdale.
