Cincinnati police are searching for four men who allegedly tried to rob a West Price Hill clothing store Tuesday afternoon.
Police say four men entered the Minani clothing store in the
4900 block of Glenway Avenue around 2:30 p.m.
According to police, one man brandished a gun.
Police say an employee ran out of the store and locked the door, trapping three of the suspects inside. The suspect with the gun was able to make it out of the business before the door was locked.
The three suspects locked inside the store used a hammer to smash through the door.
"My friend working inside the store... so the three people came and the one with the gun he end up running and three was left so he closed the door. After he closed the door they busted the window and keep running. So he was lucky otherwise they could have killed him and leave," store owner Amissi Bisute said.
Police have not released a description of the suspects.
