We're barely recovered from a action-packed Friday night of high school playoff football and we're ready for a Saturday dose.
The games begin this afternoon in both Ohio and Kentucky. Division VI Lockland begins its playoff chase at 2pm at Roettger Field against Fort Loramie. Ben Hubbard's Lockland Panthers have been beaten only once this season.
In Kentucky, Covington Catholic has an afternoon tussle in Park Hills with Woodford County in the opening round of the playoffs.
The schedule is packed with games tonight all over Southwestern Ohio. Centerville plays at St. Xavier, the top seeded team in the region. Middletown hasn't been in the playoffs for nearly 20 years. The Middies play at Moeller. Once-beaten Lakota West is at undefeated Anderson, and Huber Heights Wayne comes to Elder.
Two undefeated teams in Division IV have home games Saturday night. Clinton-Massie will host Waynesville and North College Hill is home to Carlise.
