BOONE CO., Ky. -- The Urban Active gym in Florence is being sued.
A potential class action suit was filed Wednesday in Boone County Circuit Court by Eric Deters on behalf of two plaintiffs.
The suit makes several allegations involving inaccurate charges and contract extensions, as well as failing to deal with customer complaints.
The suit does not specify what damages the plaintiffs seek.
