Forecast: Stunning End To Winter!

Last Update: 6:25 am

It's almost over! Today is the final full day of winter. Spring officially begins at 1:32 pm tomorrow and it comes with a lot of irony. After a colder and snowier than normal winter it will be ending with simply beautiful conditions today. The first full day of spring on Sunday will be getting cooler with a solid chance of rain.

It doesn't get much better than what we're expecting today. Plenty of sunshine will be the rule. After a cool start, we'll warm up into the middle to upper 60s. Normal high this time of year is 55 degrees.

Tonight will be another pleasant one. Skies will be mostly fair and it will be comfortably cool. Overnight temperatures will fall to near 40 degrees.

The weekend, and the spring season, will start off well. We will notice an increase in clouds tomorrow but it will start under mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will top out well into the 60s again. There's a slight chance of rain before midnight but most of us will stay dry until Sunday.

Rain will move in for the second half of the weekend as the cool front passes. That means temperatures will be falling. Highs on Sunday will be in the middle 50s and it will be breezy under cloudy skies. An isolated thunderstorm is also possible.

Make it a great weekend!
