William Bullock

Born and raised in Cincinnati, William Bullock, director of new media, has a variety of experience across all facets of digital media including design, systems administration, programming and software development and SEO (search engine optimization).

Prior to joining WCPO, he was the web director and systems administrator for the award-winning weekly newspaper CityBeat, where for six years he was solely responsible for the management and functionality of the site and for creating graphical, multimedia and copy content, as well as publication, which included blogs, multimedia and special events content.

William has extensive experience in digital and print design. Between his duration at Snitch Newsweekly, ARC Distributing, and his freelance endeavors, his clientele has included: Bigg’s Hypermarkets (nationwide), Wired Magazine, Metaphor Interactive, Champion Window, Walnut Hills High School, Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and Universal Music Group.

Currently he is responsible for three websites WCPO.com, KYPOST.com and CincySchoolZone.com), and all other assigned New Media platforms, including mobile phone applications, and digital channel applications.

When he isn’t manning the day-to-day operations of three websites, he is pursing his musical project Soapland.

William grew up in Cincinnati and resides in Northside with his fiance and three dogs.
