Holly Valance set for three-day wedding celebration

Australian star HOLLY VALANCE will wed her billionaire fiance in a lavish three-day ceremony this weekend (29Sep12).

The singer/actress revealed earlier this year (12) she was delaying plans to marry British property tycoon Nick Candy so they could enjoy summertime in the U.K., where the Olympics and Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee took place.

Now the couple is finally ready to walk down the aisle - they will exchange vows in a black-tie ceremony at a beachfront location in Malibu, California on Saturday (29Sep12).

The celebrations will kick off with a reception dinner for friends and family on Friday night (28Sep12), and a "recovery" barbecue has been planned for Sunday (30Sep12).

Simon Cowell and Sir Elton John are among the stars said to have received hand-delivered invitations, in which the bride and groom nicknamed themselves 'Valandy'.

Candy proposed to the Kiss Kiss hitmaker on a beach last December (11), getting down on bended knee in front of a display which read "Will You Marry Me" in flames.
