Kentucky gas prices edge up

Gasoline prices in Kentucky edged up 3.4 cents per gallon over the past week to an average of $3.31 per gallon to start the week, according to the gasoline price website KentuckyGasPrices.com .

The price was 3.4 cents per gallon lower than the same day a year ago and 38.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. Reported prices in Northern Kentucky ranged a bit higher, from $3.36 per gallon to $3.45 per gallon.

In Cincinnati, the website reported that prices rose 13.1 cents per gallon over the past week to an average of $3.40 per gallon to begin the week.
