Cameron Kelly Batson

COVINGTON, Ky. - Cameron Kelly Batson, 18 of Covington, Ky. died Wednesday, Oct. 6 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood.

He was a student in graphic arts at Cincinnati State Technical & Community College, a soccer player from the time he was in kindergarten until graduation from Scott High School in 2010 and a member of Latonia Baptist Church in Latonia, Ky.

Survivors include his parents, David and Laura Batson of Covington, Ky.; brother, Logan Batson of Covington, Ky.; maternal grandparents, Bill and Pat Tucker of Edgewood, Ky.; maternal great-grandmother, Ruth Tucker of Visalia, Ky.; paternal grandparents, Bill and Emma Batson of Covington, Ky.; and girlfriend, Alyx Powell of Mount Zion, Ky.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10 at the church.
Service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 11 at Latonia Baptist Church in Latonia, Ky.
