BURLINGTON, Ky - A man that caught on camera stealing money from the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Veteran's Way in Burlington was arrested Wednesday.
Police say on Sept.18 David Lillard, 37, of Covington, Ky., broke into the cabinet where the candle donations were kept and stuffed his pockets with the cash.
Lillard is charged with theft by unlawful taking, trespassing, and criminal mischief. He is being held on a $25,000 bond in Kenton county and will be transferred to Boone County Detention Center.
