LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville police are trying to identify a man they believed robbed a bank, then came back the next day and did it again.

Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell told The Courier-Journal it's uncommon for one person to hit the same establishment back to back. Police say the suspect went inside a US Bank branch, showed a handgun and demanded and received money.

The first robbery was around 4:15 p.m. EST Tuesday and the second around noon the next day.

The man is described as black, 30 to 35 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and a bald or shaved head. He was wearing a hooded red sweatshirt with blue jeans and dark shoes. Report information to Louisville police at (502) 574-5673.
