LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A Louisville man has pleaded guilty to fatally shooting a 3-year-old boy last year.
The Courier-Journal reports 22-year-old Roderick Moss entered into a plea agreement Thursday and received a 20-year prison sentence.
Moss was accused of shooting a gun through the windows of a first-floor apartment. One of the bullets struck Davion Powell in the head, and the boy died three days later.
The child's grandfather, Clarence Young, said during the hearing that no matter how much time Moss agreed to serve "it will never be enough."
