MIDDLESBORO, Ky. - An East Tennessee man has been arrested after police say he hid cameras in the men's restroom at a southern Kentucky Walmart.

The Middlesboro Daily News reports 49-year-old Randall R. Rogers of Speedwell, Tenn., was charged Monday with six counts of promoting a minor under 16 in a sex performance, one count of video voyeurism and six counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Middlesboro Police Chief Jeff Sharpe said detectives have been working on the case since first discovering a camera last December. He said another camera was found two weeks ago.

He said police identified Rogers because his face was captured on the cameras when he turned them on. He was arrested in the store's parking lot.

Jail records don't indicate whether he has an attorney.
