MOREHEAD, Ky. - Kentucky State Police say an eastern Kentucky grand jury has handed down indictments against two men in the 2008 fatal shootings of two other men.

The police post in Morehead said it was notified on Thursday that the Elliott County panel issued indictments charging 35-year-old Elige Randolph and 35-year-old James "Bobby" Eden with murder and kidnapping in the deaths of Robert Boggs and Chris Leadingham.

Police say Boggs was found dead at his home on Jan. 2, 2008 from a single gunshot wound to the head. Leadingham was found dead two days later, also with a single gunshot wound to the head.

Police say Randolph and Eden were both lodged at separate jails on unrelated charges.

The case remains under investigation. Police say more arrests and charges are expected.
