Kentucky police investigate shooting death

SMITHFIELD, Ky. - SKentucky State Police investigators are probing the shooting death of a Smithfield man that stemmed from a dispute with a neighbor.
State police said in a statement that 61-year-old Joseph Bibelhauser had been shot in the head as the result of a property dispute. Troopers took 57-year-old James Fowler of Smithfield into custody on Saturday. Fowler remained at the Carroll County Regional Detention Center.
Bibelhauser was pronounced dead at the scene.
