FLEMINGSBURG, Ky. - Kentucky State Police called to assist with a domestic disturbance in northeastern Kentucky have fatally shot a man.
Trooper Endre Samu told WKYT-TV that the shooting on Thursday at a Fleming County home is under investigation. He said troopers shot the suspect after he acted in a threatening manner.
State police were called to the scene to assist Fleming County Sheriff's deputies investigate a report of domestic violence.
The man's name hasn't yet been released. Police say his wife was home, but wasn't injured.
