MURRAY, Ky. -  A Tennessee man is scheduled for arraignment Monday in Murray after being charged with murder in the death of a woman run over by a van.

The Murray Ledger & Times reported that a Calloway County grand jury indicted 55-year-old James Paul Cook of McLemoresville, Tenn., on Thursday. Cook is charged with murder and DUI in the Oct. 4 death of 37-year-old Desiree Moore of Puryear, Tenn.

Police say Cook ran over Moore twice with a van while he was driving near a driveway in eastern Calloway County.

Police say Cook and Moore had been together in a van, but got into an argument that resulted in Moore getting out of the vehicle.
