MONROE, Ohio - A protester may file charges against a member of the Solid Rock Church, who he claims assaulted him Wednesday night.

Monroe police say Brandon Ushry and a friend attended a service at the church to protest "the worship of a graven image," referring to the King of Kings Jesus statue which was recently destroyed by a fire.

Church security asked them to leave during the sermon.

Ushry says he was leaving when church member Leroy Hooks pushed him and threatened him.

Hooks denies the allegations.
