CINCINNATI - One man is dead and another is in the hospital following a double shooting Wednesday afternoon in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati.
The shooting occurred at about 12:30 p.m. in an apartment in the 1600 block of Walnut St.
Officers arrived to find both victims suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims, who know each other, were taken to University Hospital.
Theodore Palmer, 39, died from his injuries. The other victim suffered non life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Police have not released any information on a suspect.
