CINCINNATI - A Cincinnati man is facing a criminal charge after he allegedly repeatedly called 911 to complain about service at a local Skyline Chili restaurant.
Cincinnati police say Christian Luckett, 20, was drunk when he made 10 calls to dispatchers from his apartment on Tuesday night.
Cops say Luckett forced several police officers to have to respond to his apartment on Clifton's Lorain Avenue as a result of the calls, taking officers away from other calls.
Court paperwork does not mention which Skyline restaurant or what specifically Luckett disliked about the service.
He was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct while intoxicated. During a court appearance on Wednesday afternoon in a Hamilton County courtroom, Luckett pleaded not guilty and is due back in court July 12.
