CINCINNATI - Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich will be making a campaign stop in Cincinnati on Tuesday.

The former Speaker of the House is scheduled to make an appearance at Price Hill Chili on Glenway Avenue at 9:30 a.m. The popular westside restaurant is often a pit stop for political candidates. He's also expected to visit Dayton and Columbus later in the day.

The Ohio primary will be held on Tuesday, March 6. Primaries are also being held in Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia.

Alaska, Idaho and North Dakota will hold their caucuses the same day.

On Saturday, Gingrich held a press conference stating he is not dropping out of the presidential race despite recent losses to Mitt Romney in Nevada and Florida.

Gingrich also plans to campaign in Cleveland on Wednesday.
