CINCINNATI - You may have heard of the push to "Save the Ta Ta's". Well now it's time to check them.
If you haven't had your annual mammogram come on over to Channel 9, located at 1720 Gilbert Avenue on Thursday, Feb. 9.
St. Elizabeth's mobile mammogram van will be parked in our visitor's lot from noon until 6:30 p.m.
Following the American Cancer Society's guidelines for the early detection of breast cancer can help to improve the chances that the disease can be diagnosed at an early stage and can be treated successfully. Women age 40 and over should have a screening mammogram every year.
No cost mammograms will be provided. Private insurance will be billed and all co-payments and other out-of-pocket expenses will be paid for thanks to a generous grant from the Susan G. for the Cure .
Don't miss the opportunity to receive this important health test in the comfort and privacy of the St. Elizabeth mobile van. Walk-in's are welcome!
This is part of our 9 Against Breast Cancer effort which helps remind women to conduct a self-breast exam.
