CINCINNATI - A man was arrested after he damaged some books by urinating on them Wednesday afternoon.

Police say Eldred Earl Cobb of Over-the-Rhine urinated on the books at the downtown Cincinnati library.

The books were reportedly worth $585.

Police say Cobb's method of vandalism was a result of drinking three beers.

Cobb was arraigned on charges of public indecency, criminal mischief and obstructing official business on Thursday.
