Junior midfielder Lauren Macke scored twice as Campbell County beat Clark County, 4-1 in a Region 10 quarterfinal at Scott on Monday.

Senior midfielder Molly Kitchen put the Camels ahead, 1-0 just 90 seconds into the match off a corner kick by senior midfielder Taylor Robinson.

Cardinals sophomore Brittany McClure tied it with 4:30 remaining in the first half, but Macke put Campbell County ahead for good 30 seconds later.

Macke and Robinson added second-half goals to ice the match for the Camels, whose four goals were all scored by midfielders.

Campbell County will play Harrison County in a regional semifinal at 6 p.m. on Wednesday.

HALFTIME: 2-1. GOALS: CA—Macke 2, Kitchen, Robinson. CL—McClure. RECORDS: Campbell County 13-8-2, Clark County 9-11.

SOUTH OLDHAM 3, SIMON KENTON 0 – Sophomore forward Stephanie Rowland scored two goals to pace the Dragons in an 8th Region quarterfinal at Oldham County.

Senior center midfielder Kassidy Abel and junior sweeper Christina Cook stood out for the Pioneers in their season finale.

HALFTIME: 1-0. GOALS: SO—Rowland 2, own goal. SHUTOUT: Malueg. RECORDS: South Oldham 11-10-1, Simon Kenton 7-11-1.
