Sophomore forward Connor Kunstek recorded a season-high 17 points as St. Henry beat Dayton, 69-29 in a Region 9 All ‘A’ quarterfinal at Bellevue on Wednesday.
Kunstek, who made all six of his free throws, rolled up eight points in the first quarter as the Crusaders jumped out to a 10-point lead.
Senior guard Darius Meiman added 12 points for St. Henry, which set a season mark for fewest points allowed.
The Crusaders will play Newport Central Catholic at 6 p.m. in a regional semifinal.
