Junior guard Dallis Knotts hit three fourth-quarter 3-pointers in a row as Boone County snapped Simon Kenton’s 13-game winning streak, winning 55-42 on Tuesday.
The score was tied at 34 after the third quarter, but Knott scored 10 points in the final stanza and sophomore guard Macey Ford hit a 3-pointer with three minutes left to help seal it.
Sophomore guard Alexis Switzer led the Rebels in scoring with 16 points, including eight of Boone County’s 10 third-period points.
Knotts added 14 points, and senior guard Jessica Jones rolled up 11 points – hitting 5-of-6 free throws – seven rebounds, six assists and five steals.
Pioneers senior forward Paige Bosse led all scorers with 17 points, and she also grabbed seven rebounds and stole the ball three times.

HIGHLANDS 63, HOLY CROSS 52 – The Bluebirds finished with 40 free throw attempts as they erased a nine-point lead at the end of the third quarter.
Highlands freshman guard Brianna Adler scored 13 of her team-high 26 points in the final period, and she finished 17-for-20 from the foul line.
Senior center Leah Schaefer added nine of her 18 points in the fourth quarter for the Bluebirds, who won their fifth straight game.
Indians senior guard DeAsia Beal led all scorers with 28 points.

CONNER 77, RYLE 69 – Cougars senior forward Jordan Scott scored nine of her game-high 24 points in the fourth quarter to help seal the game.
Junior guard Brooke Maines led four Conner players in double figures, and she grabbed 11 rebounds.
Junior center Madi Meyers finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds, freshman guard Hunter Hendricks tallied 14 points and junior guard Brooke Maines chipped in 12 points, including eight in the final stanza.

VILLA MADONNA 55, SILVER GROVE 11 – Sophomore guard Charissa Junker led 11 Blue Lightning scorers with a career-high nine points.
Junker also dished for three assists and stole the ball twice as Villa Madonna won for the sixth time in its last seven games and improved to 6-0 in Division III.
Junior forward Morgan Trusty and senior forward Paige Gieske also set personal career bests, pouring in four points each.
