1/5 GBK: Cook's 24 lead SK over Grant

   Junior guard Christina Cook was 10-for-12 from the field including perfect on three attempts from behind the arc as Simon Kenton blew out Grant County, 62-36 on Saturday.

   Cook finished with a game-best 24 points.

   Senior forward Paige Bosse added seven rebounds and four assists for Simon Kenton, which won its eighth straight game.

   COOPER 72, BELLEVUE 33 – Junior guard Katie Pittman hit three treys in the first quarter to help the Jaguars take an early 21-point lead.

   Pittman finished with 16 points to lead 12 Cooper scorers.

   Junior forward Grace Mariacci added 10 points for the Jaguars, who have won three of their last four games.

   Sophomore forward Alexus Mayes added eight points for NewCath, which was previously unbeaten at home this season.
