Junior guard Corey Holbrook tallied a game-high 23 points as Campbell County edged Simon Kenton, 67-61 in overtime on Tuesday.
Camels senior Nate McGovney drained a 15-footer with four seconds in regulation to force the extra session, and four Campbell County players scored two points each in OT.
Junior forward Taylor Morrison had extended the Pioneers’ lead to two with a free thrown with seven seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.
McGovney ended the game with 18 points, sophomore Deondre Jackson had 12 and freshman Matt Wilson 10 for Campbell County.
Senior guard Andrew Sampson and Morrison rolled up 18 points each to lead Simon Kenton.

DIXIE HEIGHTS 63, RYLE 62, OT – Sophomore forward Andrew Hedger hit a shot in the lane in the last minute of overtime to lift the Colonels.
Ryle lost the ball as time ran out in the extra session.
Dixie Heights junior guard Brandon Hatton led all scorers with 27 points, hitting 5-of-6 foul shots and netting 11 points in the fourth quarter. Junior guard Adam Daria added 12 points for the Colonels.
Only four Raiders recorded points, but all of them finished in double figures. Junior center Will Stuhr led Ryle with 19 points, and junior guard Tanner White added 17.

BEECHWOOD 49, VILLA MADONNA 46 – Sophomore guard Jacob Huff hit a pair of free throws in the final minute to extend the Tigers’ lead to three.
Senior forward Chase Maus had connected on a field goal to give Beechwood the lead with under a minute left.
Huff led all scorers with 22 points, and Maus finished with eight.
Senior guard Andy Piccirillo paced the Blue Lightning with 14 points.

HOLMES 60, BOONE COUNTY 41 – Junior forward Quinton Chames tallied 14 points as the Bulldogs remained unbeaten through 25 games.
Chames scored six of his points in the third quarter. Senior forward Chris Englemon added 12 points for Holmes, which has home games vs. Newport Central Catholic and Conner followed by a game at Clark County remaining on its regular-season schedule.
The Rebels, who had beaten the Bulldogs four straight times, were led by junior forward Hunter Hixenbaugh’s 11 points.

Collins scored 10 of his points in the fourth quarter, hitting 6-of-7 free throws.
Senior forward Andrew Shelton, junior guard Zachary McNeil and sophomore forward Colin Hathorn added nine points each for Cooper, which has won six straight games.
Senior center Zach Tobler scored 17 points for CovCath, which had a three-game winning streak snapped and failed to reach the 50-point mark for the first time this season.
