Dixie Heights senior defender Nate McClendon scored late in the second half as the Colonels and Campbell County tied, 2-2 on Monday.
Senior Yair Arroyo netted Dixie Heights’ other goal in the first half, and juniors Grant Thomas and Zach Schneider found the net in the first half for the Camels.
HALFTIME: Campbell County, 2-1. GOALS: DH—Arroyo, McClendon. CC—Thomas, Schneider. RECORDS: Dixie Heights 2-6-2, Campbell County 0-5-1.
SIMON KENTON 7, PULASKI COUNTY 0 – Senior midfielder Isaac Hamlin and senior striker Kurt Hoelmer scored twice each to pace the Pioneers.
Senior midfielder Mitchell O’Hara added a goal and three assists for Simon Kenton, and sophomore Hunter Leanhart turned four shots aside to record his second shutout of the season.
HALFTIME: 2-0. GOALS: SK—Hamlin 2, Hoelmer 2, Montgomery, Smith, O’Hara. SHUTOUT: Leanhart (4 saves). RECORDS: Simon Kenton 6-4-1, Pulaski County 5-3-1.
