Senior center midfielder Marius VanMelle scored the lone goal of Villa Madonna’s 1-0 win over Highlands six minutes into the match.
VanMelle fired a shot from the top of the box for his team-leading eighth goal of the season.
Senior Andrew Piccirillo kicked out seven shots to pick up his second shutout of the year.

CONNER 2, HOLY CROSS 0 – Junior forward Alberto Aguirre and senior midfielder Jake Fraiture scored second-half goals to lift the Cougars.
Aguirre gave Conner the lead six minutes into the second half, and Fraiture scored with nine minutes remaining in regulation.
Junior Adrian Echeveste recorded his third shutout of the season, turning aside five shots.

NEWPORT CENTRAL CATHOLIC 2, CALVARY CHRISTIAN 0 – Junior forward Matt Tolle scored both Thoroughbreds goals 12 minutes apart.
Tolle put NewCath ahead 18 minutes into the match, and he extended its lead at the 30-minute mark, giving him four goals in his last two contests.
Senior Nathan Grosser stopped five shots for the Thoroughbreds to record his third shutout of the season.

RYLE 2, ST. HENRY 1 – Seniors forward Tyrus Sciarra and striker Jake Siemer scored in the first half for the Raiders.
Sciarra gave Ryle the lead eight minutes into the match, and Siemer extended the Raiders’ lead at the 28-minute mark.

BOONE COUNTY 0, COVINGTON CATHOLIC 0 – Rebels senior Zach Mimms denied 12 shots to record his first shutout of the season.
Senior Jacob Futcher made four saves to earn his fifth shutout of the year for the Colonels.

WEST JESSAMINE 3, SIMON KENTON 1 – Junior defender Troy Sterling was the lone Pioneer to find the net at Berea.
Simon Kenton led on Sterling’s goal, which was scored off a corner kick 15 minutes into the match, but the Colts recorded three unanswered goals in the second half.
