SPARTA, Ky. - Kyle Busch knows Kentucky Motor Speedway as well as any driver, but the defending Quaker State 400 champion says he won't have the same advantage he held in last year's race when the NASCAR circuit returns this month.

Busch was at the Speedway Wednesday to preview the June 28-30 weekend.

The 27-year-old won't run near the laps he did last year at Kentucky's 1.5-mile oval; he's only driving in the Quaker State 400. He's focusing on the signature Sprint Cup series and running Kyle Busch Motorsports team.

Busch gave up driving in the Truck Series this year and now splits driving duties in Nationwide events with older brother, Kurt.

Kurt Busch returns from his one-week NASCAR suspension this weekend at Michigan International Speedway, where brother Kyle is the reigning champion.
