“Dancing with the Stars” is going country. Or, at least, its loose interpretation of country, since the show kind of does whatever it wants for any of its themes.

The couples are practicing for two different dances this week, including a group dance. Eliminations return this week after last week skipped that part of the ritual.

The individual dance for actor Gilles Marini and Peta will be a Cha Cha. Gilles tweeted, “ I hope u can enjoy our ChaCha tomorrow. Strictly dancing, no smokes and mirrors. Crossing fingers! The hardest dance for me yet! @ DancingABC .”

Olympian Shawn Johnson and Derek are also warming up a Cha Cha.

Singer Sabrina Bryan and Louis are practicing a Rumba, as are actress Kirstie Alley and Maks. Kirstie tweeted, “ very few things bring me to my knees... DWTS has..humbled ..Why ballroom hasn't been made an Olympic sport is beyond me...it's a b**** :).

Olympian Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina are working on a Viennese Waltz. Apolo tweeted, “ An insane day but super fun. Our waltz is complete, and 99 percent ready for monday's show :-).

TV host Melissa Rycroft and Tony will also tackle the Viennese Waltz. Melissa tweeted, “ Just finished stage rehearsal for our V Waltz....now lunch with the fam, then back to the studio for some country group dancin'!

NFL retiree Emmitt Smith and Cheryl are practicing a Foxtrot. Emmitt tweeted, “ Lets hear your guesses! RT @ CherylBurke : Dancing a foxtrot to a very famous country song! It's starting to grow on me... Any guesses?

Actress Kelly Monaco and Val are rehearing for their Tango. Kelly tweeted, “ Another long productive day of tangolishious-ness with @ iamValC . I'm getting super excited for Monday. #dwts .

Then the All-Stars will hit the dance floor all at once for a group country dance. This will give the opportunity for the judges to add some extra points to their overall score. Watch for Shawn’s dance; Derek loves going all-out for these group dances.

The stars also performed two dances for Guilty Pleasures week last week. In addition to their individual dances, they performed team dances; one group did “Call Me Maybe” and the other did “Gangnam Style.”

Country week kicks off Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
