Betty White is a real Golden Girl: actress celebrates 91st birthday

HOLLYWOOD - Who says age matters? The very active actress Betty White is celebrating her 91st birthday Thursday.
Betty White was born Jan. 17, 1922 as Betty Marion White Ludden. She has spent nine decades as an actress, comedian, singer, author and television personality.
She currently stars as Elka Ostrovsky in the TV Land sitcom Hot in Cleveland and has won two consecutive Screen Actors Guild Awards for that role.
Other TV roles that gained White fame include portraying Sue Ann Nivens on The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Rose Nylund on Golden Girls.
